Important Reminders

Processing of orders are done from 8AM to 5PM (Mondays to Sundays). Orders that are submitted before 11AM shall be delivered within the same day from 2PM to 6PM. Orders submitted beyond 11AM shall be delivered the next day.

For pick-up, orders that are submitted before 11AM shall be available at the designated booth near Samgyupsalamat on the same day between 2PM to 5PM. Orders submitted beyond 11AM shall be available the next day.

A separate and fixed transaction fee shall be charged to the customer regardless of the total weight of purchase.

Orders will be delivered via third-party courier. Booking of delivery courier shall be c/o South Park Center. Shipping/delivery fees are determined by our partner courier based on the dimensions and weight of shipment, and the shipping address. Shipping/delivery fees shall be for the account of the customer to be paid upon delivery to customer’s registered address.  

Moreover, Prices and stocks are subject to final verification. Upon submission of your orders through this platform, we shall immediately confirm item availability and updated price from the participating merchant(s). Our Personal Shoppers shall inform you through call, text or email if a specific item is unavailable, and you may request for an item replacement.

As an online shopping platform for merchants, South Park Personal Shopper gives notice to all customers regarding their purchases:

  1. Orders may be made from multiple participating stores in one transaction;
  2. For items/merchants not on our list, you may call/text our ANA at 0916 278 7084
  3. Items may only be delivered/picked up once payment has been made and customer's proof of payment has been sent to our e-mail address at;
  4. Return and exchange of any item shall be subject to each store’s Return and Exchange Policy;
  5. No cancellation after completion and payment of order.
